This month we are celebrating our 40th anniversary in the business. Our humble beginnings
started at the front part of our old house on Bridgeport Road with 6 shelves,
one cooler and an antique cash register. Vincenzo and Rita Caccioppoli opened
up business in April 1967, with a selection of their culinary specialties from Italy. The
little store was initially called: Italian Canadian Foods
By 1992 the old house was running out of room and the parking space was overcrowded.
Brothers, Carmine and Tony bought and moved the business into its current
location on Belmont (the old beer store). The store was renamed Vincenzo’s.
Soon after our father passed away.
Now in our 40th year, we’re looking to
the future and expanding into our new
location in Waterloo. Although we will
have a new look and more space, we will
continue to maintain the tradition Vincenzo
and Rita started with.

for 40 great years and hope you continue
to support us as we grow in the future.
