Our pasta
is made fresh daily!
Since 1984 we've been making fresh pasta
daily for our store and better restaurants in South Western
Ontario. How do we create great pasta?
- We are dedicated to producing the best
tasting and highest quality pasta possible.
- 100% Durum Semolina
- Our pasta is kneaded and flattened through
rollers. It differs in taste from "extruded" pasta which
is forced through shaping dies under high pressure. The more
laborious process of kneading and flattening develops the taste,
and also gives the pasta its characteristic "al dente"
quality.
