Fresh Pasta 

Our pasta is made fresh daily!

Since 1984 we've been making fresh pasta daily for our store and better restaurants in South Western Ontario. How do we create great pasta?
- We are dedicated to producing the best tasting and highest quality pasta possible.
- 100% Durum Semolina
- Our pasta is kneaded and flattened through rollers. It differs in taste from "extruded" pasta which is forced through shaping dies under high pressure. The more laborious process of kneading and flattening develops the taste, and also gives the pasta its characteristic "al dente" quality.

Fresh Sauce

Made on-site, Vincenzo's sauces are the perfect accompaniment to any pasta dish. Ranging from mild tomato and cream sauces to the fiery arrabiatta, you're sure to find something to suit your taste buds

Dry Pasta

It's only natural that Vincenzo's Pastas taste so delicious. They're made with 100% Durum Semolina and flavoured with the most inspired ingredients. Our flavoured pastas do not require sauces because the flavouring is already in the pasta. Just cook your favourite flavour, add a little olive oil, parmesan and have a great dinner in less than 15 minutes.
