Q: Are you open on Sundays?

A: No - We are Closed Sundays throughout the year except during the month of December.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: Gift cards are available in any amount, starting at $10 and up. These can either be purchased both at the store or online. Please visit our Gift Card page for further details.

Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.


Q: Does VINCENZO’s offer online ordering?

A: Yes, we do have a variety of products on our website for online ordering. You can also order a personal sandwich or salad online and pick it up whenever you want.


Q: Do you Deliver?

A: Yes, we can deliver almost anywhere across Canada.  For future information see "Delivery" on our website or contact us.



Q: Do I need to create an account to place an online grocery order?

A: You can order as a GUEST however, best to register and create an account.  Once you create an account, you can enjoy the benefits such as order tracking, faster checkout on all devices, and so much more!



Q: Do you do Catering for parties and events?

A: Yes, we do. Please see our online brochure on this website for details or contact our Catering Dept.


Q: Do you do Gift Baskets

A: Yes- to see a list of our Gift Baskets go online to GIFT BASKETS  or if you wish to have a customized Gift Basket contact our Basket Designer at either  519 741 1437 or email at  [email protected]  



Q: I want to come for lunch…do you have a sitting area and do you take reservations?

A: Yes, we have both an inside café for you to enjoy your lunch or snack plus 2 outdoor patios (weather permitting). Unfortunately, we do not take reservations.

We use either a third party delivery service (locally). Delivery Charges will vary. It’s best

We can also deliver to any part of Canada or U.S.
