Hot! An ode to our southern neighbors, we've stepped up the heat in our unique Hot Cherry Salsa with a slight sweetness of cherries and a burst of Southern spice. So good on tortilla chips and tacos, but just as delicious on eggs and burgers.	Rolled and curved towards the tip, with a hint of artisan craftsmanship already in their name, Garofalo Gluten Free Casarecce have the rough consistency of bronze-drawn pasta. The folded shape holds condiments for an explosion of flavour with each bite. The special recipe with corn flour, rice, potatoes and quinoa is designed to create an excellent taste blend for coeliacs and the gluten intolerant.				VINCENZO's Homemade Style Pasta - Vincenzo's own Recipe from Italy. Vincenzo and Rita Caccioppoli, our parents and founders of our Company, originated from Napoli,Italy. They came to Canada in the early 1950's and brought with them the knowledge of making great pasta. Using ingredients approved by Vincenzo himself, our pasta is made in small batches and mixed longer than most other pasta. Our pasta is dried longer to capture the true homestyle flavour. Farfalle is a type of short pasta characterized by its unique shape - oval or rectangular pieces that are pinched in the middle in order to resemble a bow-tie (or a butterfly). Serve this pasta with our homemade Napolitano Sauce
