OUR GROWING PRACTICES GO WELL BEYOND JUST ORGANIC - WE ARE A SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FARM AND CHOOSE PEOPLE OVER MACHINES. WE HAVE A STRONG FOCUS ON SOIL HEALTH AND REDUCING THE USE OF FOSSIL FUELS. WE GROW A LARGE SELECTION OF LEAFY GREENS THAT MATCH THE SEASONS - MICROGREENS, HERBS, HEIRLOOM TOMATOES, “YOUNG” GINGER, AND OTHER SPECIALTY VEGETABLES.	Our Spicy Maple dressing (formerly known as our House dressing) is a staple to have in your pantry! Made with maple syrup, sriracha, garlic, apple cider vinegar and dijon, this dressing is the perfect mix of sweet and spicy and pairs well with any salad.
