Description:		Cuttlefish Ink is used to impart a striking black colour and briny rich sea essence flavour to dishes. Cuttlefish Ink is used to prepare traditional tagliatelle pasta, in the traditional Spanish rice dish known as Arroz Negro, and as a sauce with freshly sautéed squid or cuttlefish.	This is a one-of-a-kind cheesecake containing half vanilla and half chocolate on the interior, covered with a creamy chocolate glaze. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days or keep frozen for up to 2-3 months; serve chilled. To maintain freshness of our cakes and pastries we have limited stock. WE FARM 7 ACRES OF LAND AND OUR GROWING IS PRIMARILY CARRIED OUT IN 60,000 SQUARE FT OF GREENHOUSES, MOST OF WHICH ARE NATURALLY HEATED BY THE SUN. WE PROVIDE FOOD DURING THE UNDER-SUPPLIED SPRING AND WINTER SEASONS DUE TO OUR GREENHOUSES AND CAREFUL CROP SELECTION. OUR GROWING PRACTICES GO WELL BEYOND JUST ORGANIC - WE ARE A SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FARM AND CHOOSE PEOPLE OVER MACHINES. WE HAVE A STRONG FOCUS ON SOIL HEALTH AND REDUCING THE USE OF FOSSIL FUELS. WE GROW A LARGE SELECTION OF LEAFY GREENS THAT MATCH THE SEASONS - MICROGREENS, HERBS, HEIRLOOM TOMATOES, “YOUNG” GINGER, AND OTHER SPECIALTY VEGETABLES.	Packed with flavour and just the right amount of heat, Hot PERi-PERi’s the perfect way to turn a meal into a tasty and fiery treat!		Our classic signature product. Made from American-grown, fully ripe red cayenne peppers hand-picked at exactly that right time, and then salted down and aged until the mash is perfect for conversion and bottling. An all-natural product that is almost 90% cayenne peppers, this sauce packs a truly authentic, fresh cayenne flavor that will be very different when compared to other sauces that typically have a stronger concentration of vinegar.
