Wrap It Up Raw is an organic, vegan, gluten/wheat/dairy-free raw wrap. The main ingredients are carrots and ground flax seed. Both of these ingredients are loaded with fibre, with a total of 6 grams of fibre per wrap. Other ingredients include sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper, onion, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
