
Made in small batches from ancient Lambrusco grape must, it's aged in a series of wooden casks - cherry, chestnut, acacia, oak, and juniper - each giving depth to the rich, velvety, sweet-sour flavor of the vinegar. 6 year aged. D.O.C.
