Condimento balsamic is produced from grape must only. A special and exclusive Balsamic product that must be barrel aged for a minimum of 12 years. It is aged and fermented in barrels used only for that purpose. Each colour Borgo del Balsamic is different and each is aged slightly longer than the next. The oldest, the Red is left for years in barrels to age and gather an incredible depth of flavour and aromas. Full bodied, sweet and sticky the red is a very special condiment that only needs to be used sparingly. Use it on any food including ice cream and fruit.
