Condimento balsamic is produced from grape must only. A special and exclusive Balsamic product that must be barrel aged for a minimum of 12 years. It is aged and fermented in barrels used only for that purpose. Each colour Borgo del Balsamic is different and each is aged slightly longer than the next. The Yellow is the youngest; it is rich and dark with an acidic pungent flavour. Ideal for everyday use, to be added when cooking, to marinades, sauces and to dress salads.
