This Sparkling Rosé from Oddbird is a silky and well-balanced non-alcoholic bubbly from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. It gets its lovely character and natural colour from a lively blend of Chardonnay and Syrah grapes. To develop its complexity, the wine is matured for a full 12 months before the alcohol is gently removed, a process that carefully preserves its authentic, wine-like qualities.
