This Spumante Rosé from producer Oddbird is a delightful, non-alcoholic sparkling wine from the Treviso province of Italy. This fruity and sweet rosé gets its lovely character and colour from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes grown in vineyards with clay, marl, and sandstone soils. To develop its flavours, the wine is matured for a full 12 months before the alcohol is gently removed, a process that carefully preserves its authentic qualities.

You'll find fresh aromas of white pear, strawberry, grapefruit, and raspberry, with hints of green apple and elderflower. Its fruity and sweet nature makes it a wonderful choice to serve on its own as an aperitif or alongside desserts.
