Lemon Parfait Cake

Airy lemon mousse and classic vanilla cake layered together, topped with whipped cream. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days or keep frozen for up to 2-3 months; serve chilled.

 

Ingredients: 35% cream, water, sugar, unbleached wheat flour, liquid whole eggs, butter, stabilizer, canola oil, invert sugar, whole milk powder, icing sugar, lemons, lemon juice from concentrate, white chocolate, corn starch, baking powder, liquid egg yolks, natural vanilla extract, salt.
