Lemon Raspberry Cakelet

Layers of classic white sponge cake filled with tangy lemon buttercream and tart raspberry puree, finished with raspberry buttercream. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days or keep frozen for up to 2-3 months; serve at room temperature.

 

Ingredients: sugar, butter, eggs, whole milk, flour, raspberries, custard powder, corn syrup, vegetable oil, lemon juice, baking powder, natural lemon flavour, food starch, vanilla, salt, natural colour, citric acid.

 

Contains: eggs, dairy, wheat, soy.
