White Chocolate Mousse Cake

Classic white sponge cake layered with white chocolate mousse and a touch of strawberry compote; topped with a white chocolate ruffle. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days or keep frozen for up to 2-3 months; serve chilled.

 

Ingredients: 35% cream, white chocolate, sugar, flour, eggs, strawberries, whole milk, stabilizer, corn syrup, butter, vegetable oil, baking powder, vanilla, corn starch, salt, cream of tartar.
