Mango Mouse Cake

Light vanilla sponge cake covered with mango cream and mango mousse. Presented in a pink and white sponge cake, garnished with mango cream and chocolate quills. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days or keep frozen for up to 2-3 months; serve at room temperature.
