Once picked, the hazelnuts are roasted in dedicated Lindt plants, ensuring their distinct aromatic properties are safeguarded before being paired with Lindt’s high-quality cocoa beans from Ecuador, Madagascar, Ghana and the Caribbean Islands. The end result is a premium bar with a delicate crunch, a deeply toasted aroma and hints of dark toffee and burnt caramel that give way to a lingering taste of honey, vanilla and roasted nuts.
