Traditional Dutch Gouda cheese wich based on special recipes and productions methods that have been handed down from generation to generation by Dutch cheesemakers. The medium Kroon Gouda cheese is slightly stronger and more robust in flavor than the mild Gouda cheese. It is a smooth cheese with a hint of caramel.
