
Bresaola is made from selected lean fresh beef, seasoned lightly with spices, then naturally aged. The taste is complex, even elusive and slightly "tart" with a satiny texture. Bresaola's unique and very mild flavor complements many meals, from brunch to dinner or a late-night snack. To enjoy Bresaola in its simplest form: very thinly sliced, slightly moistened with a few drops of olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon; a twist of the pepper mill, crusty bread, some wine - and life is good.
