Lardo

Some call it salami and others cured meat. One thing is certain – this delicatessen product is in the league of its own! It’s a typical Italian product made by curing strips of back fat (from heavy national pigs) and mixing rosemary and other herms and spices. It's with rind, salted and favoured with seasonings on the surface.
