Lighthouse Lemonade

Only SIX ingredients go into this lemony deliciousness.
Nice and simple – Vessie would approve!

1. WATER
2. LEMON JUICE

Almost half a cup of fresh squeezed juice in every bottle.

3. SUGAR

By comparison, our lemonade concentrate, when mixed with water to the suggested ratio 1:8 in a 250 ml (1 cup/8 oz) portion, contains less than half the sugar at 16g as compared to most pineapple juices and about one third of the sugars found in most grape juices.

4. LEMON ZEST

We like to use the real thing.

[What in the heck are these?]

5. CITRIC ACID

It is a natural substance present in most fruits and vegetables. It provides a crisp, clear zest of flavour and assists in conserving freshness.

6. TARTARIC ACID

It is an acid that occurs naturally in plants such as grapes and bananas and is one of the main acids in wine. It is added to some foods to give a sour taste and is used as an antioxidant.

There is a seventh ingredient that we can't quite lay claim to, but if you sit back, relax and savour our lemonade, chances are you'll also taste the Summer in every sunny sip!
