Ideal for use with typical Mediterranean dishes such as couscous with fish, caponata made eggplants, zucchini and celery, and any grilled or baked vegetables. Also excellent as a topping on soups (such as crème of vegetables), grilled meats, fish, seafood, and assorted pastas.
