VINCENZO's Homemade Style Pasta - Vincenzo's own Recipe from Italy.
Vincenzo and Rita Caccioppoli, our parents and founders of our Company, originated from Napoli,Italy. They came to Canada in the early 1950's and brought with them the knowledge of making great pasta.
Using ingredients approved by Vincenzo himself, our pasta is made in small batches and mixed longer than most other pasta. Our pasta is dried longer to capture the true homestyle flavour.
The name "Penne" comes from the Italian word for "pen" a reference to the angled ends of the tube, which resemble the tip of a quill pen.
