This cream based sauce has the intense flavour of Porcini mushrooms and can be used in recipes where there are already mushrooms or to replace them.
It is also great on its own to flavour pasta dishes of all kinds, from tortellini to risotto and it is fantastic to soften and flavour meat in the slow cooker.
