Hand cultivated and harvested organic heirloom Italian Roma and Napoli tomatoes from a fifth generation family farm, cooked with a bit of organic Eden extra virgin olive oil and sea salt, and all organic non-irradiated herbs and spices. On baked burritos, tacos, enchiladas, polenta, as bread or chip dip, and in soups and stew. Eden canned tomatoes use a BPA, BPS, and phthalate free lined can. Gluten free and kosher.
