Ambrosia (meaning "food of the gods") is a uniquely Canadian apple from British Columbia with firm juicy pink–blushed skin. It has a very sweet profile with little acidity, and refreshing floral notes most comparable to Golden Delicious. This apple doesn’t brown quickly after being cut, making it perfect for packed lunches or salads.
