Arriving fresh multiple times a week from the waters of Maine, U.S.A., these fresh scallops are all-natural and "dry-packed," meaning no water or preservatives are added – just pure scallop goodness. You get about 10-20 large scallops per pound.

For best results, before cooking, pat fresh scallops completely dry. Then, sauté them in a hot pan with a little butter or olive oil for about two minutes per side until they're firm and clear (don't overcook, or they get rubbery!). A little garlic, a sprig of rosemary, or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice at the end are lovely additions. They're also great grilled, baked, or wrapped in bacon.
