All-natural, "dry-packed." No preservatives or water added. You get 10-20 scallops per pound depending on size (usually around 15).
Scallops are wild-caught from Maine, the U.S.A. arriving fresh multiple times per week. Scallops have a similar taste to crab or lobster with a delicate texture. They are sweet, buttery, and delicious. They fry, grill or bake very easily and are often wrapped with bacon just as we do with our oven-ready varieties.
Sold in one pound increments.
