Freshly Made Lobster Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Made Fresh at Caudle's Catch. Large portobello mushroom caps filled with our lobster stuffing.  minimum weight.
Cooking Instructions:
Oven: Preheat to 400ºF, place mushroom on baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Take shrimp off and bake on middle of the rack for 12 minutes adding the shrimp at 10 minutes
Grill:  Preheat grill,  place directly on the grill mushroom side down.  Grill at medium heat for 12-15 minute
