Typically matured for 20-24 months, this Vintage Cheddar may contain naturally occurring white calcium lactate crystals which are found in high quality aged Cheddars. No. 3 FAP LA SAUVAGINE RW 800G La Sauvagine is a cow milk cheese with a moist and supple rind that ripens from the outside in. It has a runny ivory body and fresh butter taste with a hint of mushrooms. This washed rind cheese melts in the mouth and is flavourful, culminating with a rustic taste.
