Belgian Chocolate Truffle Cake

Dark chocolate truffle cream set on two moist chocolate cake layers, glazed with chocolate & cream rosettes. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days or keep frozen for up to 2-3 months; serve at room temperature.

 

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, cocoa powder, cream, chocolate, soya oil, dried egg whites, skim milk powder, modified starch, baking powder, salt, pectin, citric acid.
