Italian Mocha Buttercream Cake

Three layers of moist dark chocolate cake filled with a mocha coffee cream filling, covered with white and dark chocolate coating. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days or keep frozen for up to 2-3 months; serve at room temperature.

 

Ingredients: sugar, enriched wheat flour, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, dried egg white, modified corn starch, skim milk powder, sodium bicarbonate, salt, caramel colour, artificial flavour, water, butter, cream, palm oil, soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract, chocolate, vegetable shortening, artificial & natural flavour & colour, white chocolate, white chocolate coating, canola oil, powdered egg whites, xanthan gum, cream of tartar, chocolate coffee bean, chocolate glaze, gelatin.
