Lemon Charlotte Cake

A refreshing choice. Zesty lemon mousse surrounds layers of light vanilla sponge cake, finished with 35% whipped cream and lemon curd. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days or keep frozen for up to 2-3 months; serve chilled.

 

Ingredients: sugar, cream, lemon juice, wheat flour, soya oil, water, dried egg white, liquid whole eggs, modified cornstarch, skim milk powder, baking powder, dextrose, gelatin, salt, sodium aluminum phosphate, monoglycerides, soya fiber, sodium stearoyl lactylate, polysorbate 60, xanthan gum, carboxymethylcellulose.

 

Contains: dairy, wheat, soy, eggs, gelatin.
