Fondue

Fondue Fondue is a Swiss dish made from melted cheese and wine, served in a pot typically kept hot with a candle or spirit lamp. It is served as a sharing dish, meant for dipping and to be shared at dinner parties. In the 1930’s it was promoted as a Swiss national dish by the Swiss Cheese Union. During the 1960’s it became popular across North America. Today it is known all over the world as one of the best ways to share a meal with family and friends during the cold weather.

Raclette is the name for a delicious meltable cheese that is served over pickled onions, meats, and breads. The name raclette is often used to also describe the heated serving station used to serve the actual cheese.

Bresaola
Made from the best beef cuts of premium whole muscle, bresaola is both lean and yet tender. La Cultura Bresaola is dry aged for a minimum of 3 month, until it turns a deep, red colour. It’s easy to see the premium quality from the lack of striations in the meat. When sliced thin, bresaola can appear almost translucent.
