Chocolate Raspberry Buttercream Cake

Three rich chocolate cake layers sandwiched with a smooth raspberry icing cream, topped with dark chocolate chips and glazed with a fine raspberry mirror. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days or keep frozen for up to 2-3 months; serve at room temperature.

 

Ingredients: butter, sugar, cocoa powder, soya oil, bleached wheat flour, vegetable shortening, whole eggs, salt, cream, chocolate (cocoa butter, cocoa mass, cocoa liquor, soy lecithin, vanillin), hydrogenated vegetable shortening, egg whites, modified corn starch, skim milk powder, raspberries, dextrose, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monoglycerides, soya fiber, sodium stearoyl lactylate, caramel colour, polysorbate 60, xanthan gum, sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
