A Medium Blend from Spain. Greenish gold unfiltered extra virgin olive oil blended from 3 varietals: Arbequina (adds fruitiness), Hojiblanca (adds grassiness), and Koroneiki (adds depth).
The olives are harvested from the northern Catalan region of Girona and pressed within 2 hours of being handpicked. The resulting oil is beautifully balanced with both floral notes and the aroma of green tomatoes, artichokes, and almonds.
It has a fresh taste with a very delicate finish of pepper.
The perfect oil to use on salads, over fish, and atop toasted bread.
